I really enjoyed thus entry in the series although I think it should have been titled Failure Mode with a subtitle of 'Joe We Have A Problem!'. it is gull of the humor I have come to expect and it's great to finally me elders, looking toward to the next book although I am dreading the end of the series where the only way to get my Skippy fix is to reread or relisten to it.

I absolutely love the byplay between Skippy and everyone. Skippy's sparky comments to everyone reminds me so much of the Great Gazoo from the Flintstones that I kinda feel a bit nostalgic about him. this is one of the best series with a AI character in it.

I really enjoyed the story, the author did not review Stat upgrades over and over again like so many others. The characters were likeable, you felt like you were there with them and growing. recommend you go for the ride and don't deeply analyze possible factual science and it will be a very enjoyable tale. ivouldnt stop until finished and then wanted more.

Would you listen to Thunderhead again? Why?

Because the story is a well written story and the characters are enjoyable and seem to help draw a person into the overall story line.

What does Scott Brick bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The audio presentation gives a different perspective than just reading the book, Even though being a avid reader, I have picked up things by listening to audio narration that I have missed in story's before.

As this is a side story about one of the characters in the author's Special Agent Pendergast series, I do sort of miss his character but this is still a excellent stand alone novel as a offshoot story line.
