The personal storytelling
Revisado: 07-02-24
I have never had cancer but had good friend who did. The book told a story of how the author got through the disease in lots of detail about everyday life. If I knew someone had cancer, I would recommend the book as a way for a person to know what to expect. Plus there were lots of stories and information about self care that went beyond cancer treatment. It was one persons story about how they achieved a positive outcome, the emotional junk and the decision-making that goes on during treatment.
