Historia
Mickey Gibson, single mother and former detective, leads a hectic life similar to that of many moms: juggling the demands of her two small children with the tasks of her job working remotely for ProEye, a global investigation company that hunts down wealthy tax and credit cheats. When Mickey gets a call from a colleague named Arlene Robinson, she thinks nothing of Arlene’s unusual request for her to go inventory the vacant home of an arms dealer who cheated ProEye’s clients and fled.

Ending was not obvious-great mystery
Revisado: 10-07-23
When a mystery keeps you guessing through the entire book, it’s a really good mystery. In my opinion. It was a little slow to start, but it was worth the read or listen.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Koontz series of Jane Hawk. This one keeps me guessing I have to say I was sad that some of my favorite characters died in this book but I can’t wait to find out what happens in the next one the author and narrator are a good combination.

Bold - Brave - Real
Revisado: 07-05-20
Leah Remini as author and narrator truly give her story the reality it deserves. I could not stop listening. While some of her story is heart-breaking, her boldness to ask questions and stand up for what was right is nothing short of brave. It’s also enlightening and I Wish everyone would read it. How many time a day or week is the average person taken advantage of? Having heroes like Leah so far beyond the average “taken advantage of” willing to speak out for what is right is encouraging.
Loved this book & highly recommend it.

Wow! What a wonderful book. Joyce Bean and Karen Robards are a great team. The characters, the suspense and the plot were incredible. I can usually guess the villain, but not this time. I only wish it didn’t have to end.

Historia
A major North American hydroelectric dam is blown up and the largest off-shore oil field in this hemisphere is destroyed in a brutal, coordinated terrorist attack. But there was one factor that the terrorists didn't take into account when they struck the Capitana platform off the coast of Colombia—slaughtering much of the crew and blowing up the platform—and that was the Capitana crew chief Dewey Andreas. Dewey, former Army Ranger and Delta, survives the attack, rescuing as many of his men as possible. But the battle has just begun.

Revisado: 11-13-17
This series is one of the best I️ have ever gotten hooked on. They are funny, intriguing and never predictable. The sarcasm that comes from the character, Sean, is actually quite realistic to how most people would think. It’s a hoot. The narration is always good! Keep writing Mr Haig.

What a good surprise!
Revisado: 10-02-17
This was a pick in the dark. I was very pleased with my pick. Stephanie Meyer built a great plot along with her characters to make it a very entertaining read / listen. The narrator was great. I could do without the music in between the chapters, but that was just personal preference. I recommend this book for anyone looking for that suspense, mystery with a hint of sweet romance. The romance did not dominate the book which was nice.
