Historia
Caitlyn Sullivan had come from a long line of Hollywood royalty, stretching back to her Irish immigrant great-grandfather. At nine, she was already a star - yet still an innocent child who loved to play hide-and-seek with her cousins at the family home in Big Sur. It was during one of those games that she disappeared. Some may have considered her a pampered princess, but Cate was in fact a smart, scrappy fighter, and she managed to escape her abductors. Callan Cooper was shocked to find the bloodied, exhausted girl huddled in his house.

Does she have an editor?
Revisado: 07-02-20
I know Nora Roberts is the queen of mystery romance. Sigh......Does her editor read her manuscripts before publication..or do they just bow to here and publish blindly. This isn't the first Nora Roberts that has frustrated me! I loved the story however she needs a fact-checker.
When the grandfather takes the boy Dylan to get a puppy, the foster care dog mom tells the boy that the mother of the puppies is at the vets getting neutered????? (Male dogs get neutered, females get spayed.) Also when Kaitlan gets part in a movie the character "Jute", she is talking to her friend, and she goes into a bit about "tits up" It sounded exactly like a scene from the movie
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel." Did Nora watch this, and unconsciously use it in her novel?
I think I'll take a break from her books for about the next hundred years.

Ravishing Appetite for this plate of Suspense.
Revisado: 01-10-20
The story was so well crafted and left me on the edge of my seat throughout! I binge listened, trying to predict a totally unpredictable ending! This is my first introduction to the author and will not be the last! Her first-person voice is amazing; I had to keep looking over my shoulder to make sure she wasn't in the same room as me. This author knows how to connect with her readers. The Narrator was one of the best I've ever heard.
I would highly recommend this book!

Historia
Lo Blacklock, a journalist who writes for a travel magazine, has just been given the assignment of a lifetime: a week on a luxury cruise with only a handful of cabins. The sky is clear, the waters calm, and the veneered, select guests jovial as the exclusive cruise ship, the Aurora, begins her voyage in the picturesque North Sea. At first Lo's stay is nothing but pleasant: The cabins are plush, the dinner parties are sparkling, and the guests are elegant. But as the week wears on, frigid winds whip the deck, and gray skies fall.

The harrowing, true account from the brave men on the ground who fought back during the Battle of Benghazi. 13 Hours presents, for the first time ever, the true account of the events of September 11, 2012, when terrorists attacked the US State Department Special Mission Compound and a nearby CIA station called the Annex in Benghazi, Libya. A team of six American security operators fought to repel the attackers and protect the Americans stationed there. Those men went beyond the call of duty, performing extraordinary acts of courage and heroism.

Should be required reading before the next vote.
Revisado: 04-26-15
It is unbelievable to me that in this great nation of ours .....American citizens were
left undefended. The contract security guards made up of retired Navy Seals, Army Rangers, and other retired military conducted themselves heroically and some lost their lives trying to defend themselves and Ambassador Chris Stevens. This should be
required reading before the next election. The store is told boldly and without bias.
I read this and wept..,,,,

She’s even started to feel like she knows them. Jess and Jason, she calls them. Their life - as she sees it - is perfect. Not unlike the life she recently lost.

Revisado: 10-11-11
It is obvious tto me that this writer has never been to Ireland...she portrays the people in her book as a bunch of lazy alchoholic barflys that have only a 4 letter word as vocabulary.
