Historia
This is the true story of the Nefilim from planet Nibiru. The story shares with all why the Nefilim came to Earth to get the gold and why they had the need to create a new physical Earth species called mankind. When the Nefilim got the gold they needed before departing Earth, the Nefilim created our civilization about 6,000 Earth years ago, instilling the rules and regulations of Nibiru’s society. Those rules and regulations still govern our world religions and governments today.

DON't waste your money
Revisado: 04-02-25
The author seems to be writing a really low quality story as he speaks. This is the worst book and by far the WORST narration EVER. IT is painful to try to listen to. The author wrongly chose to narrate this book. His choice is absolutely no service to himself at all. He should not narrate anything and for that matter abstain from writing altogether. TERRIBLE!!!!

Historia
Lisa Pearl is an American teaching English in Japan, and the situation there - thanks mostly to her spontaneous, hard-partying ways - has become problematic. Now she’s in Seoul, South Korea, with her childhood best-friend, Mindy. The young women share a special bond: They are both Korean-born adoptees into white American families. Mindy is in Seoul to track down her birth mom, and wants Lisa to do the same. Trouble is Lisa isn’t convinced she needs to know about her past, much less meet her biological mother.

What a great twist! We need more adoptee narratives. A travel journal, a look at friendship and the adoptee journey rolled into one delicious dumpling

Historia
“Your parents are so amazing for adopting you! You should be grateful that you were adopted.” Angela Tucker is a Black woman, adopted from foster care by white parents. She has heard this microaggression her entire life, usually from well-intentioned strangers who view her adoptive parents as noble saviors. She is grateful for many aspects of her life, but being transracially adopted involves layers of rejection, loss, and complexity that cannot be summed up so easily.

Eye opening, heart opening, mind opening look into adoption. Centering the adoptee and birth mother while shining a light on a system that needs recalibrating. Angela’s story and scholarship is a master class in humanity.

Historia
When struggling riverboat captain Abner Marsh receives an offer of partnership from a wealthy aristocrat, he suspects something’s amiss. But when he meets the hauntingly pale, steely-eyed Joshua York, he is certain. For York doesn’t care that the icy winter of 1857 has wiped out all but one of Marsh’s dilapidated fleet. Nor does he care that he won’t earn back his investment in a decade. York has his own reasons for wanting to traverse the powerful Mississippi. And they are to be none of Marsh’s concern - no matter how bizarre, arbitrary, or capricious his actions may prove.

Besides the haunting tale of the bloodsucking other this story’s captivating look at life along the Mississippi and the bustling world of packet companies is fascinating. Enjoy!

Born here all my life
Revisado: 11-25-21
Thoroughly transported with this sci-Fe thriller. From the spot on accents to the colloquial charm of chimis at Allsups this sound play captures the listener like you’re in the trunk of Loretta’s new ride. This was so good I felt guilty and called my Nina.

One of my all time favorite trilogies
Revisado: 07-12-20
I read this trilogy over 30 years ago and loved it. I reread it last year and loved it again and think this trilogy to be Tad's masterpiece. A must read for fantasy lovers.
