I'm a terrible sleeper and have to say that nothing has helped me sleep through the night. This audio book actually does put me to sleep, but it doesn’t keep me asleep. I sometimes use it one or two times in a night to get me back to sleep. But I can be fair and say any downside is me and not the voice. The voice does its job well. I listen to nightly and wake feeling so much better.
