I've been reading books on New Testament scholarship for 30 years, but this one by two non-scholars is one of the most impressive and and concise. The presentation is clear and easy to understand. The stylometric analysis is the star of the show and the software is open share so anybody can check their results. The results of their stylometrics do consistently support and overlap other aspects of scholarship. For example it has already been long suspected that Canonical Luke is an expansion of Marcion's Gospel rater than Marcion being a reduction of Canonical; Luke. Fascinating that the stylometric results not only support that but even offer a strong suspect for who the redactor was. The performances by the authors themselves are clean and easy to listen to, however I docked them a point because a lot of their pronunciations are off but they are not presenting themselves as scholars. Their data is solid and I did not catch them in any factual mistakes. I liked the audible so much I bought the Kindle too.
