Changed my life multiple times

8 years ago I was broke, in a rut and listening to Dave Ramsey. The last meaningful advise I heard from him was “read 20 books and watch how your life changes.”
I searched for free audiobooks on YouTube and this was the first one that came up. I forced myself through it even though it can be long and boring if you’re not listening with your entire heart.
Since then I have to relisten every time begin to suffer enough to realize that ‘I’ once again need to reclaim consciousness from my mind.
