Historia
The first book in an epic, magic-clad series featuring the Wild West reimagined as a crosscultural stereoscope of interdimensional magic and hardship, The Devil’s Revolver opens with a shooting competition and takes off across the landscape after a brutal double murder and kidnapping—to which revenge is the only answer.

Revisado: 10-12-24
The story brought a new perspective to the classic western genre. An authenticity to the world building comes from a detailed system of magic and respect given to the cultures presented thru characters. I found myself caught up in the story and the characters struggles quite quickly.

Cood canon, dull voice
Revisado: 05-16-16
I really wanted the backstory on Amos. I'm enjoying the Expanse series, and want all the story I can get. this story was slow and plodding, and painted a drab picture of a drab city and even more drab life. Were the voice actor to read with a little variety of inflection, it would only serve to enhance the scenes.

Sci-fi's back!
Revisado: 05-13-16
Sci-fi more riveting and visual than I've had in ages! The Expanse television show set the scene, but the written word brings depth and detail that enriches the story immensely. Even the action has me on the edge of my seat, heart pounding.
