Practical, Comprehensive, and Accessible
Revisado: 11-24-22
Bernadette's book addresses a challenging subject with such practicality that it can be applied to any organization tomorrow. Her style is humorous and disarming, but direct in a way that forces you to look directly into the problems with curiosity. She makes you want to apply her tools eagerly and with vigor. Thank you for sharing your ideas with the world, Bernadette.

Historia
In richly anecdotal detail, Goleman brings to life the field of social neuroscience that has emerged in the decade since the publication of Emotional Intelligence. He shows that, far more than we are consciously aware, our daily encounters with parents, spouses, bosses, and even strangers shape our brains and affect cells throughout our bodies. Our relationships create a setpoint for our daily moods and influence our immune response; they are crucial to achievement in students and workers; they determine whether or not some genes are expressed, for good or ill.

awesome, practical and powerful
Revisado: 01-31-19
it was riveting amd powerful. The book delivered on everything it promised. The only reason i'm not giving it 5 stars is because it felt like there was a lot of redundancy with Daniels book on EQ. I was hoping for more advice on managing group dynamics and social engineering... Great work Daniel!
