Enjoyed this book best out of the three! Especially Peters narration of it! If you haven't read any of his books they offer a very refreshing view on today's world.

Must have for real estate investors!

Have listen to a number of books on real estate investing. This book ties together finding properties, getting various financing, and making the numbers work. It also covers finding good renters and managing your properties for a return. There are also a number of online resources that they offer too… forms for formulating various numbers etc. I thought the narration was also excellent. I highly recommend it!
