What made the experience of listening to How to Defend Yourself in 3 Seconds (or Less!) the most enjoyable?

I enjoyed this book... it was engaging and provided an excellent overview of key points for how to safely defend yourself.

What other book might you compare How to Defend Yourself in 3 Seconds (or Less!) to and why?

Not sure this was the first book on self defense that I had read.

What does Rob Actis bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Rob Actis delivered the content a very powerful and engaging manner. He kept me listening for what was next.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It was a good door opener into the world of defending ones self.

If you could sum up Failing Upwards in three words, what would they be?

Benjamin uses good examples that tech savvy readers will relate to and gain good ideas for looking at how they can can overcome pitfalls that stop many people from achieving success and fail upwards.

What about Rob Actis’s performance did you like?

I really enjoyed how this book was read by Rob Actis. His voice and intonations enlivened this book.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I listened to the book during three sessions.
