Loved what I leaned in this book about Nutrition 3.0! I will be taking action now to be proactive about potential cancers and heart disease. Never saw a reason to explore since I feel and look healthy overall. I will also be changing up my nutrition and exercise routine. Thanks so much for doing all the work and effort to put this book together. I was interested in what you shared before now I am a total fan!

Love the Empathy in this Book

This has been the best book I have listened to on showing love and empathy for those struggling with the church. This book is great for those that now see the church different and for those that don’t understand why anyone would lose their testimony and belief in the church. I will be sharing with my family, friends, bishop and stake president.
Allan Mount did an incredible job narrating this book and I hope to hear him in other books.
Thank you for taking the time to write this book and for the love and empathy that you share.
