This book was inspiring and motivating. It provides simple and easy to understand instructions that can improve your life and mental status such as learning to control your thoughts or circumstances and not letting them overpower you. It was evident that the author did extensive research and along with his former sufferings of anxiety and depression, he was able to put together this power read. This would be beneficial to anyone that would like an insight on the CBT process, as well as, better mental health.
