So hard to listen too

Based on this perchance I do not understand how Tristan James can be an award winning narrator. I just won't be able to listen to another book he reads, it was so distracting.

Kirt Graves was good as always.

People who say the narration was bad need to get their head examined. It must be hard to impress those assholes.

Joel Leslie is one of the most diverse narrators I've listened to and I've listened to many. He is one of the few that can read a multiple view point book all by is lonesome and he should be proud of his skill.

the books were great, the second one was my favourite, though I would like to know where I can read the story of Jon's to marine friends. They were very intriguing.

Really bad Narration

I love this author's stories and I love how she tackles difficult subjects. some readers complained that this is not a romance, but I disagree. I love how this stort shows how difficult addiction is and how hard it is to love an addict.

I wish there had been better editing in this book and if the editor or proof reader was paid, I would have gladly done it for free (OCD, sigh). I was cringing a lot of the time where the conversations just didn't add up to the events.

Also, this narrator added the emotions of a stick figure to the characters and, the really broken, heartfelt parts of the story. It spoiled the audio book. I will read this again, but on my Kindle. Where ever Joel Lesley was, he was sorely missed in this adaptation.

The most sexy book I have ever read

This was teasing beginning.g to end.

I love the book but there are WAY better narrators out there. Aiden Snow or Tristan Josiah could have done a 100% better job. The voice used for Tate made him sound stupid, like a dumb ove. It spoiled the scenes for me. I don't understand how this guy was the beat choice.

I wish we can get a do over.

This story is hard to follow on audio. I do like a very complex world and plot, though, so there's that.

Oh my Jonah

Oh my goodness, my heart. I was holding out for Jonah's story, and just like him, it is beautiful and everything he deserves!

Also, I had a feeling he has a bit of a sexy dominant side, and oh my Gucci, it is hot AF.

Complex

I really enjoyed this book much more than the first one. The family dinamic and challenges were much more complex and I feel that the way it is written feels longer, though it is not, we get to know these characters better than the first. The intimate scenes were more intimate as well.

What I enjoy in the series as a whole is that though this story is about two different characters, a lot of time is spend with the couple from the first book as well, so you don't really feel the nostalgia so much as you do with some other series' like these.
