Seeking Fortune: A Regency Inspirational Romance by Josie Riviera is one of my favorites from the Seeking series. I have received the audible complementary to enjoy and this review is my honest thoughts on Seeking Fortune book. Seeking Fortune is a story of two cultures that collide an English man James Colchester with a young son and servants and two Romany sisters(Valentina Rupa and her ill sister) who are seeking a physician, but as the sister get closer to English lands men confront the Romany women and by the end the women are brought to the house and separated from each other. Valentina does what she can to get to her sick sister and determine to get back to her tribe. James recognized Valentina’s green eye as one of the future tellers from the Romany camps that years ago his wife had her palm read and Valentina warn of danger to their daughter, which tragically happen where he lost his daughter and his wife later due to illness. James is focused on do what ever it takes to ensure that his son stays safe and healthy but had been struggling with his faith in God as of lately. While Valentina waits for her sister to get better she has encounters with James and relying on her up bringing of mistrust of the English does what she thinks is right and what James wants, but as she spends more time with James, learns his heart and his faith she realizes that she made a terrible mistake that she fears when he finds out that he would never forgive her. Valentina tires several times to tell him and when she finally does her worst fear comes true and James sends Valentina and her sister away when both of the sister are strong enough to go to London and then to Scotland to ensure they avoid the influenza that is going around while he takes his son and servants to his Welsh homeland. Will James forgive Valentina and if so, will he forgive her in time?

This was my first book of Josie Riviera’s Cherish series that I had read/listen to and enjoyed her book very much. I have received the audible complementary to enjoy and this review is my honest thoughts on A Christmas to Cherish. A Christmas to Cherish is about Emmanuelle Sumter who goes to Cherish in South Carolina to try to piece back her life and dreams after her life took a turn towards a dark path where she loses hope and trust in men. The other main character Deputy Nicholas Thompson who is struggling with his last relationship that left him hurt and numb. Years earlier Nicholas and Emmanuelle called/skype during a period where Nicholas sister and Emmanuelle best friend was in rehab, keeping each other strong and supporting each other emotionally during that time. But many years and things changed in both of their lives, but will they both get over their past or will their past catch up and entangle them in separate directions?

This was my first book of Josie Riviera’s home flipping series that I had read/listen to and enjoyed her book very much. I have received the audible complementary to enjoy and this review is my honest thoughts on 1-800-Christmas story. 1-800-Christmas is about Desiree who purchase a vintage Queen Anne style home on the same street as her sister, it is both a dream come true and an overwhelming disaster, but Desiree is determined to bring it back to its former glory and host the Christmas party that year. What Desiree doesn’t know is that this new project will cross paths with someone she’d admired from afar in high school and she determine to keep the relationship strictly professional and nothing else. Keiran O’Malley (Desiree former high school football player crush) is returning to Rose and has master carpentry since he was in high school, who is looking to give back to Rose and a mutual friend of Keiran and Desiree puts them together to help his friends. Keiran can provide deep discounts for his work so he can use it as an example to get his business running in Rose and Desiree needs to stay in a budget to bring her home to it’s former glory in time for Christmas. Can Desiree keep it professional like she planned? Can Keiran make a like in Rose again and build his career or with his past catch up to him?

Seeking Charity by Josie Riviera Sweet and I enjoyed story line very much. I have received the audible complementary to enjoy and this review is my honest thoughts on Seeking Charity book. Seeking Charity is a story of a young lady who decides to runaway from her dreary trouble home life at the age of 14 years of age determine to never return home or to the English customs again. Charity joins a Gypsy tribe and during the 6 years is recognized as Romany Gypsy like all the others in the tribe and no longer consider an outsider/English. But one day Charity past catches up with her when she is in Wale’s and her paths crosses with Daniel Hayward, the fellow English boy who was four years older that she spent her days with riding and talking that made her days brighter and life a little bit tolerable, and Daniel thought she died 6 long years ago. Charity is apprehensive of Daniel motives when their path cross and both must navigate the culture differences between Charity Gypsy life and Daniel’s English customs that Charity so desperately ran away from 6 years earlier. Can Charity and Daniel navigate to culture difference and make up the missed time or is Charity forced to go back to the English ways she determines never to go back to or stay with her Gypsy tribe and reject Daniel to potentially miss out seeing if Daniel is her soulmate? I recommend this sweet story to find out.

Two worlds collide for a magnificent story!

This was my first book by Josie Riviera that I had read/listen to and enjoyed her book very much. I have received the audible complementary to enjoy and this review is my honest thoughts on Seeking Patience story. Seeking Patience is a dynamic story of two cultures and two seemingly different classes colliding with each other. The story line and the characters go through challenges, twists in the plot, and ultimately coming full circle in some respects, not so much in other respects. Luca Boldor struggles to come to peace with his bloodline of half-Romany and half-English lord. All the while he struggles with the dilemma of repaying an English woman, who saved his life and defended him against his enemy while he was clinging to life and unable to defend himself, with his loyalty to his tribe who raised and accepted him. Can these two seeming different individuals divided by culture and class status overcome the odds? One will have to find out by reading this book, which I highly recommend.

Great Mystery thriller

I enjoyed the narration of Zachary Quinto, who put life into John Scalzi story. I enjoyed listening in the evening before bed as a way to relax. It’s another fiction story that touches the transition from life to after life. #tagsgiving #sweepstakes #Mystery #Story #thriller

This is a great book to have in audiobook, you can listen to and from work or anywhere you like. There are great nuggets of information for where you’re at and a great book to re-listen to again to get other nuggets of information to develop. My mentor recommended to me to get for self development.

Yes, the story line was funny and complex that I think I would pick up more details with each listen.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Ethan...He was a constant and safe companion of Kristen.

What about Martha Lee’s performance did you like?

her Narration is great addition to the series. Her voice and tone change helps differentiate the characters

I received the Audible of “Save the Date” by Susan Hatler and Narrated by Martha Lee. I am really enjoying the narration by Martha Lee for this series, as she makes it easy to follow along and used differentiated tones for each of the characters. Kristen story was intriguing to me to read about her journey for her to find her new career. It’s interesting how events happen and the evaluation process Kristen takes to get her back on track. I am enjoying the series and each of the characters stories. I would recommend this series to anyone who love romantic comedy genre.
