Historia
When sinister tidings from a forgotten corner of the Formosa Sector hint at spectres from his past, Inquisitor Coteaz must face a terrible choice – abandon his throne to those who covet it or cling to power by shattering the very bounds of mortality. All the while, other forces are at work in the darkness, and should Coteaz succumb to their alluring power, billions will fall with him.

That was a great story! Awesome characters, perfect pacing, just amazing, easily my favorite by Mr. Hinks thus far.
The narrator did one bang up job! Wow! Great voice and great voice acting with the different characters.
Overall, this is a truly great story, especially if a fan of the Inquisition. Coteaz has shot up my list of favorite Inquisitors, he’s a genius that happily gets his hands dirty… Yet, is human, does make mistakes. I really appreciated that.

Historia
Lieutenant Heyd Calder is a Primaris Marine whose mastery of warfare is matched only by his diplomatic prowess. Under the orders of Roboute Guilliman, he is deployed to Almace, a minor seat of the Ecclesiarchy, to protect the world at whatever cost. Yet even as diabolical forces leer from the system's edge, Calder discovers that the capital's Cardinal-Governor, a sharp, inscrutable figure of spiritual and material authority, is hiding something. When it becomes clear that conquest is not the enemy’s sole aim, Calder resolves to uncover the secret of Almace.

Fun story, great characters
Revisado: 09-15-22
Here’s a tale centering on several Space Marines, all from different chapters, eras and beliefs. These eclectic characters come together over a certain secret, one held by the bishop-governor of a world.
Awesome characters! A lot of life in them, each quite different but well rounded, fascinating cast! Great characters usually brings about great dialogue, and this did not disappoint.
It’s a nice, long tale, just about 16 hours. The narrator does a phenomenal job with the voices… My only slight complaint is the volume level. At maximum it was still a little difficult to hear, I think it’s a production issue.
Grab this if you want a fantastic, huge Space Marine story!

Historia
The scattered worlds of the Elara's Veil nebula were once protected by the oath of unity sworn by three mighty Chapters of the Adeptus Astartes. The Star Scorpions were undone by flaws in their genetic coding. The Celestial Lions were ravaged by the Inquisition for sins they did not commit. Now, after hundreds of years, only the Emperor's Spears still keep their vigil. They are barbarian watchmen against the Outer Dark, bloodied but unbroken in their long duty.

Overall I enjoyed learning about that region of the Imperium and these chapters, really getting the knowledge of a space marine thrall, the cold, hellish life it is.
The narrator was fantastic, great pacing and voices.

Wow! Now this was an absolute thrill ride! I LOVED it!
Only downside… I’m depressed it ended. I wanted, want! More! I hope these two scandalous anti-heroes get more novels, it’s just a blast.
Lots of fascinating characters weave in and out of the story, hardcore killers and scum, all spiraling towards one goal…
Quick plot summary without spoilers: Baggit, a mischievous, intelligent ratling along with his Bonehead (chip implant to increase intelligence) Ogryn, Clodde, find themselves hunting for an ancient aeldari artefact, buried in a retired and grounded starship, one that is to be recycled.
Lots of twists and turns, ups and downs, a plethora of scum, this is my favorite Warhammer Crime novel to date, and that’s very hard to top. Excellent job and I cannot! Cannot cannot, wait for more!

Historia
The Aeronautica Imperialis are the masters of the skies in the 41st millennium, waging wars of breakneck aerial combat where only skill stands between victory and death. Flight Commander Lucille von Shard is an ace, a living exemplar of what it means to fly in the name of the Emperor… or so Propagandist Kile Simlex is told. Braving the foetid waters of Bacchus and its rampaging greenskin hordes, Simlex is tasked with producing a cinema-pict portraying Shard as an Imperial hero. Shortly after his arrival planetside, however, he discovers the war effort is in shambles.

Incredible
Revisado: 08-24-22
Another great tale from a talented writer. This has jumped up into my top five easily!
This story shows us the dark underbelly of the Imperial propaganda war machine, how tales are spun and whom truly is a hero and which ones are not. A fun, fast dive into a fascinating world, one wrecked by war from Orks. A propagandist imbeds himself with a flight squadron of the Aeronautica Imperialis, intent on capturing a realistic vision of war and to truly show what a hero is… Yet politics, personalities, xenos and everything else rears their ugly heads to destroy the truth…

Great anthology, all written by one author and following the start and promotion of an Adeptus Sororitas. The secondary characters were well rounded, the villains were fascinating. Give this one a go, it’s just about 15 hours and felt too short! I want to follow more of Augusta!
