They are the keys to creativity and to harmonious relationships. By learning to balance these two forces within, individuals can become self-reliant and independent. By learning to work with them as they interact with others, they are able to form deep and productive relationships in all areas of life.

I like the idea of Yang and Yin being broken down to help better understand personalities and perspectives of people and the way we interact and communicate. This was very helpful for my clinic where I practice emotion code sessions with my clients.
