I wouldn't call the storyline anything unique. This genre has been pretty saturated with the "same old story".

That being said, this series is well written and has enough twists and turns to keep it interesting. The characters and situations are believable, with nothing too outrageous to turn the reader/listener off. And having Kevin Pierce as a narrator helps bring some life to the tale.

The amount of listening that you get for your money makes it well worth it. I will definitely listen to the next 3 books in this series.

Good short stories to pass the time. Great author and solid narration.

For me, the dogs really steal the show in this one.

I went into this one not knowing what to expect. I was thinking that a story with the focus on Stanley might be a little on the dull side... I was wrong!

This was probably my favorite book in the series. The zombies were hilarious. Stanley climbed near the top of my favorite characters list for this series.

There were a few too many alarm clock references, but it ties into the story well.

Overall, it was an easy listen that hits the funny bone.

This is a good introduction to a great cast of characters. Not a whole lot of action in this one but the potential is there to make a superb series out of it.

This is my first taste of what TJ Weeks has to offer. I was already a fan of S.W. Salzman as a narrator. I will definitely check out the rest of the series.

This story is not really a unique idea. It's kind of like your average Hollywood "stalker/suspense" plot with a few twists. However, it is well written and kept me interested for the duration. I will definitely see what else J.L. Davis has to offer..

S.W. Salzman narrated Javan Bond's "Still Alive" series and it was fantastic! So, searching for more of his work is what drove me to discover "Crude"... and it didn't disappoint.

Side-Splitting Laughs

In my opinion, this is Logsdon and Young's funniest series.

I made it through this entire series in about a week. It fit my twisted sense of humor perfectly! Logsdon, as usual, nails the narration and keeps you listening and laughing. Rear Admiral Parfait and Jesden make me laugh every time they talk.

Definitely not for anyone who is offended by toilet humor and jokes that aren't politically correct. But, for me, this was totally hilarious from start to finish!

Great Escape

This was a brilliant production and worth every second of listening pleasure.

The narration sucks you in from the start and doesn't let go until the curtain falls on the story.

I'd consider this a true all-ages story that the entire family, from kids to grandparents, will enjoy. Gaiman has penned a true masterpiece and the cast has brought it to life like few can.

Solid 5 stars!

Perfectly Hilarious!

Any fan of Abbott and Costello will love this collection. The audio quality is crystal clear and the content is just good clean fun!

These are FULL episodes... ads and musical interludes included. The Sam Shovel skits alone are worth the price of admission. There is not a bad episode on here.

If you are looking for a hilarious escape from modern times, look no further.

Holds a special place on the bookshelf.

This is the book that started my love of reading and my obsession with everything Mark Twain. The wit and wisdom within is, in my opinion, one of Twain's greatest works. I would recommend it for anyone who is curious as to why Twain is still relevant to this day.

Roughing It, as well as Twain's other travel books, has no real plot or direction. However, it is crammed full of laughs and little tidbits of wisdom and observations that are as valid today as they were when Twain wrote them.

The narration of this Audible edition is good, but gets a bit monotone at times... But, it is good enough that I would recommend it. It's a lot of audio for the money and worth every penny.
