Historia
This volume opens with Mohandas Gandhi's arrival in Bombay in January 1915 and takes us through his epic struggles over the next three decades. In reconstructing Gandhi's life and work, author Ramachandra Guha has drawn on 60 different archival collections. Using this wealth of material, Guha creates a portrait of Gandhi and of those closest to him that illuminates the complexity inside his thinking, his motives, his actions, and their outcomes as he engaged with every important aspect of social and public life in the India of his time.

great content!
Revisado: 01-10-21
I really enjoyed discovering Gandhi's role in freedom of India! the narrator should have done a better job at pronouncing indian names and words. some time I had to wait for English meaning because the pronunciations were that bad.

In The Rozabal Line, a thriller swirling between continents and centuries, Ashwin Sanghi traces a pattern that curls backward to the violent birth of religion itself.

struggled to finish. narrator had one accent for Indian which is uninformed. Goan Indian has a different accent from Kerala Indian which is different from Mumbai Indian...Kashmiri Indian.. i think a good oppurtuity of showing Indian diversity was lost
