I am able to relax and enjoy restful sleep when I listen to this. I tried several other programs of meditation, sounds, and music and this is the only one that works. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed the mini habit books that I listen to I am applying the principles daily in my life and it helps me feel successful because the size of the accomplishment is so reasonable, I feel that it will ultimately change me from the inside out.

Yet, for the strong Black queen, love can be quite elusive sometimes. Her assertiveness is labeled as aggression; her standards are labeled as arrogance. She’s been told to conform to an image that is not her, nor that of her ancestors. Sometimes, she’s been so hurt that she ends sabotaging her relationships herself, because she feels undeserving of affection, unworthy of love.
