20 years later still a great read

This book was a key component that motivated me to start investing in real estate almost 20 years ago. I appreciate Robert's honesty and his stance on making mistakes, recognizing and dealing with fears, and taking risks. Very well stated!

I also appreciate his honesty and the fact that he let's his readers know that although he's very wealthy, he's still human and still makes mistakes like the rest of us but learns from them.

Very inspiring and I do find the educational information very useful and relevant.

Inspiring with good info and practical advice

I enjoyed this book because it gave me more of a "can-do" attitude when it comes to financing. I can't imagine how many deals I've missed out on because of that. I also learned, among other things that I'm not interested in wholesaling real estate. Marketing and negotiating are not for me. I love analyzing and working on properties. In other words I'm somewhat of an introvert!

I enjoyed this book because although I've owned a few rental properties for several years, it was helpful to have him reinforce the things I've been doing and it was also helpful to learn a few things that I didn't know before and it was also an inspirational read

Still holds up, 20 years later

This book and the one after were a key motivating force for me to invest in real estate 15 years ago and after listening to it again, I still learned plenty of good, useful, and motivating information. I don't really aspire to be rich, but I definitely aspire to be free from the 40 hour work week and this book has a lot of great information on how to achieve that goal.
