Loved the story once it got going

At first, I was annoyed that it was all in third person, but then it changed a little bit, and you could hear the voice of the characters. The character development in the beginning was slow but necessary and then the second chance relationships were beautiful. They seem like real people feeling real things. I listen to it in one.2 speed because the readers is very slow.

A story that shows how love can open someone’s heart to allow them to truly get everything their heart desires despite their head thinking they want something else. Of course it also has the hate to romantic love aspect… but it’s the internal blossoming of the characters and the children that really show the power of love. Recommend highly as a feel good read that will make you smile, laugh, and end with a full heart.

A delightful listen with great performance lots of humor and an old fashion romantic story line.

This is pure joy. The narrator was fantastic. the story was sweet and humble with great characters. I would rate this as more PG-13 but so well done you will want to listen to it all in one sitting. I look forward to more books by the author.
