Educational, Entertaining, Life-altering
What did you like best about this story?
As a recovered bulimic and lifelong sufferer of binge eating disorder, I appreciated that it taught a lot about good health practices and did not encourage unrealistic dieting.
Would you listen to another book narrated by Cameron Diaz and Sandy Rustin ?
Cameron Diaz, absolutely. Sandy Rustin, no; her tone was reminiscent to Cher from the movie Clueless and I found it a little annoying. Sorry Ms. Rustin.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No extreme reaction but it reshaped my thinking around the way I treat my body. I feed my cells!

Love Amy Poehler but didn't love her book

There a bits and pieces in this book with Amy's personality in them. Loved learning more about her.
Could you see Yes Please being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
No. The book fell flat in my opinion.

Nothing stood out in this book. I actually never finished it. I got 5 hours in and gave up. I really wanted to like this audible book, because I enjoy Amy Poehler as a comedian and actress, but I just didn't love this book.

What did you love best about Seriously...I'm Kidding?
Ellen's performance. Her tone set me at ease in traffic and her silliness always makes me smile.
What was most disappointing about Ellen DeGeneres’s story?
Most of the book just seemed like long stream of thought. I don't believe she put much effort or thoughtfulness into the content.
Which scene was your favorite?
Nothing stands out as great like her stand up comedy videos or show.

None. It was all pretty flat.
