Historia
Physician and biochemist Cate Shanahan, MD, examined diets around the world known to help people live longer, healthier lives - diets like the Mediterranean, Okinawa, and Blue Zone - and identified the four common nutritional habits, developed over millennia, that unfailingly produce strong, healthy, intelligent children and active, vital elders generation after generation. These four nutritional strategies - fresh food, fermented and sprouted foods, meat cooked on the bone, and organ meats - form the basis of the Human Diet.

Milo is Gold
Revisado: 10-24-17
Superbly outlined and delivered, personally narrated (because he’s Milo, duh) and linguistically both sophisticated and devilishly fun, Milo includes a wealth of relevant facts, anecdotes, history and current affairs context to frame the fractured state of the social and political climate in the west and why he, with “dangerous ideas”, unlimited faggetry and endemic bravado, is the hero we need and deserve.

Historia
What is masculinity? Ask ten men and you'll get ten vague, conflicting answers. Unlike any book of its kind, The Way of Men offers a simple, straightforward answer - without getting bogged down in religion, morality, or politics. It's a guide for understanding who men have been and the challenges men face today. The Way of Men captures the silent, stifling rage of men everywhere who find themselves at odds with the overregulated, overcivilized, politically correct modern world.

Direct & Unique
Revisado: 07-04-17
This book is straight forward - by which I mean somewhat simplistic, but none the less valuable or truthful at its core. Depending on where you're at on the social red pill journey, 90% of it feels like common sense stuff your gut has been telling you for years and the other 10% you'll take notes on. Or in other words...
This is the book that Tyler Durden (Fight Club) read in his spare time in high school. He likely didn't understand it and only when his "contemporary" Edward Norton (also Fight Club) became unsatisfied with the 'super-IKEA,' femme-centric world did he fully work out the kinks. Go watch fight club if this doesn't make sense.
