What a wonderful surprise! I finished and I am am about to start it over and do the exercises. Good stuff, very relatable and well explained. Definitely one of the better books I’ve read one mindset/self talk/self confidence.

I am probably just am too big of a fan of john and I need to separate him from the information. I have the Answer and Having It All... listened to them many times and really felt it was easy to listen to him and connect - results that I got were convincing. iNNERCISE, however, has a narrator that is not as personal and doesn’t connect with me. I had to laugh the third time I had to restart because my mind wandered... I thought, “oh man, I just want to get the information and delete this... I would be embarrassed to share Innercise (narrator) with friends, but I will share the information. If john comes out with a new version where he narrates, Might have to get the book. I might just like John’s voice.

You probably know much of what Jon is talking about, but he does have it all in one place. If you have something that brings your state/brainwaves to Alpha and/or Theta, and you have some targeted positive suggestion consistently--- overtime, your body will change. I enjoyed his stories of failed diet attempts, even working directly with the late Dr, Adkins. Jon is easy to listen to and gives some examples of meditations. I think some readers want a full CD of meditations, but it seems from this book, he is wanting you to create your own. He does have ones online for free on the Tube of You. All the best to though we have made it their goal to get to a healthy weight and maintain it! This will definitely help me--- should I find it does not, I will update my review in 30 days.

Not sure if one will walk away from the book experiencing lucid dreams, but it is a wealth of information - some even inspiring. Addressed many aspects of lucid dreaming and I especially enjoyed how it was used to problem-solve.
