I love that this is structured like ACOTAR - 3 main stories, then some spinoffs

Listen, world-building is an art and if you're more interested in romance than fantasy this may not be the book for you. Now if you love both though, i think you'll love this ending. It was well written, not rushed. There were a few characters i didn't really care about (*cough* Therion *cough* Ithan *cough cough*) but i had to keep dealing with them for the sake of the story and thats why it got 4 stars for that part, but overall its a great conclusion to the main story!

Adorable Short Story

I love that this is a cute little light story to enjoy while washing dishes or deep cleaning the house. it was charming and the narrators made the story come alive. Normally i prefer a little more depth/angst, but if you dont have tons of time this is DEFINITELY the move.

Great Potential, But...

I'll be honest, this book has a great story line, and could have been sooo good, but the way it was written will almost make you miss that. The story comes across as choppy- the introduction to new characters is strange & the jump between perspectives is abupt and unclear at times. The narration doesn't help make things any clearer, which is unfortunate. Execution aside, if you push through it you can see that at the core of this book, its still a great story.

I'm a fan of Kennedy Ryan's work because she doesn't just write cookie cutter love stories- instead she gives us fully formed people equipped with their own endearing qualities and private struggles, and challenges them to love each other better because of those things. When reading her work it doesnt feel like I'm reading about characters, but about people I'd love to know one day- and this book was no different. I was captivated from the first chapter and cannot wait to hear whats next!!!

Ive listened to other books from Ella Maise and honestly didnt think she would knock it out of the park for a 4th time. I am so glad I was wrong! I loved the book, it was light, but not so light that the characters were just stupid. I loved that little unexpected twist thrown in there too! the narrators are fabulous. Honestly? Just get the book, y'all. lol.

I loved this entire series. I rarely stick around long enough to read an epilogue, but this was great. I also loved the little ways she tied this series into the Seven Years shifter series. I can't wait to see what else this author has to offer. Also, Nicole Poole was wonderful!!
