BAD STORY, BAD NARRATION

Dont get me wrong i look a good time period piece of fiction where they fight, love and love some more. But this one lost me and got turned off with the dream or the drunk part, it was just to strange and poorly done. Then the walk in across the bridge left me very flat. It had potential with the main part of the story but the in between stuff is horrible.
Returned this title and will look for another historical romance thats not so cheesy.

Where does Navajos Wear Nikes rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This book was Great, if you know nothing about Navajos it will fill you in on their culture. If you live around Navajo's as I am married to one it brings back memories that you will talk about over dinner.
What did you like best about this story?
I liked the everything about this book, the writing style was great, it cover stuff in history that you may not know. It shows this young boys determination in every day life.

Himself...he talks about what is was like to grow up on a reservation

The description of the way Navajo's talk...I loved it

What made the experience of listening to Into the Darkest Corner the most enjoyable?
This book had me on the edge of my seat the whole time! Wondering will she get this problem under control, will she ever be free, is he going to come back for her? It really opened my eyes to what the after math of something like this can do to someone.
Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
Her checking the doors, windows, drawers everything she checked on a continuous basis, you felt so sorry for her. I knew there was a reason for the checking but didn't know the extent of it and you just cant stop listening.
Have you listened to any of David Thorpe and Karen Cass ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
