Historia
A man. His ex-girlfriend's cat. A sadistic game show unlike anything in the universe: a dungeon crawl where survival depends on killing your prey in the most entertaining way possible. In a flash, every human-erected construction on Earth - from Buckingham Palace to the tiniest of sheds - collapses in a heap, sinking into the ground. The buildings and all the people inside have all been atomized and transformed into the dungeon: an 18-level labyrinth filled with traps, monsters, and loot.

Great Fun!

A really unique and fun story. As someone who plays DnD, this is really a lot of fun. The voice acting is perfect for the tone of the story

Historia
When COVID-19 sweeps through New York City, Jamie Gray is stuck as a dead-end driver for food-delivery apps. That is, until Jamie makes a delivery to an old acquaintance, Tom, who works at what he calls “an animal rights organization”. Tom’s team needs a last-minute grunt to handle things on their next field visit. Jamie, eager to do anything, immediately signs on. What Tom doesn't tell Jamie is that the animals his team cares for are not here on Earth. Not our Earth, at at least. In an alternate dimension, dinosaur-like creatures named Kaiju roam a warm and human-free world.

Fun Story, Great Reading by Wil
Revisado: 04-20-22
John Scalzi continues to produce fun stories that are a joy to read. KPS is no different. The villain in this story is absolutely loathsome and it made the entire experience that much better. Wil's reading is just terrific. He really did a fantastic job bringing the characters and their uniqueness to life. It wasn't just Wil reading the book, this was Wil performing the story. I look forward to the next one.

A Grim Adventure
Revisado: 05-17-20
This book does a good job of presenting the grisly reality of Western life and justice. The story itself is good. The characters are unique and the author does a great job of telling their story.
The narration by Mr. McElhiney is the star of this book. His pacing gives the story a great level of suspense. His voicing of the various characters provides a great level of depth, and gives each character their own personality. You end up truly hating the bad guys in this story more due to his performance. I look forward to more books narrated by him.
