Historia
The final book in the Michael Vey series opens with the Electroclan facing a devastating loss: Michael is missing. He made the ultimate sacrifice to save his friends, and now he's gone. What is next for them and the revolution? The battle on the island of Hades ended with a devastating explosion that left the island a smoking ruin and much of Hatch's army dead. However, Hatch survived, and while his plans have certainly suffered a setback, he's more determined than ever to bring the world's governments under his control.

overall, a good series.
Yes, you do get a Harry Potter vibe from the series. But it's also very different.
the series grows darker, deeper, and fun.
don't pass it by as just another superhero book.

The story is good. A different twist to than the Olympian story lines.
The reader just has no flair. He sounds like a 3rd grader as he reads.

A burnout at thirty-five, months behind on his book, low on cash, and something of a loser, Eddie Spinola could use a shot in the arm. One day he randomly runs into Vernon, his ex-wife's brother, and his ex-dealer. Now employed by a shadowy pharmaceutical company, Vernon has something that might help: a new designer drug that stimulates brain function. One pill and Eddie is hooked. His book is finished within days; he learns and synthesizes information at a frightening rate; and he can go a long time without sleep or food.

Historia
If the past is prologue, then George R. R. Martin's masterwork - the most inventive and entertaining fantasy saga of our time - warrants one hell of an introduction. At long last, it has arrived with The World of Ice & Fire. This volume is a comprehensive history of the Seven Kingdoms, providing vividly constructed accounts of the epic battles, bitter rivalries, and daring rebellions that lead to the events of A Song of Ice and Fire and HBO's Game of Thrones.

Too much Shatner

It did not feel like any of the characters were genuine to the characters of the show. Shatner's version of Kirk is horrid. His interpretation of what Jean Luc Picard is like is insane

Historia
Arguably no person in history had such a direct and negative impact on the lives of so many as Joseph Stalin. Under the Red Tsar terror knew no limits, it did not discriminate; no one was safe, no institution, no single town or village was immune. Yet, following his death in 1953, Stalin was deeply mourned. He had "received the country with a wooden plough, and left it with a nuclear missile shield." And no-one else, some claimed, could have led the Soviet Union to victory in the Second World War.

I love the John Carter series. The story is very original.
But with the last few books. as with this one. You can tell Burrough's is getting tired of JC.
Still loved to hear the story. But this one is my least favorite

Revisado: 08-14-12
Loved the story. The book was awesome...
But what the hell is Dotrice doing in this one? Not only did he change voices in the last book but he also changes voices from chapter to chapter. Drove me crazy when he changed Stannis's voice from chapter to chapter.
But over all a good read.
