This is a nice set of vegan bath bombs. They dissolve well in water and the smell is nice. So far no noticeable ring left in the bathtub after use. I like the list of clean ingredients. I wish more came in a box at this price but I am savoring them. They were a special splurge. Great gift item for someone who is concientous about the ingredients in their beauty products.

Our emotional needs are never completely fulfilled by others. if there is a gap between what we need and what we get, no matter how big or small, we ourselves can fill that gap. I wish the author wasn’t saying it all like he came up with most of that. It sounds awfully a lot like some of the DBT therapy and some things my therapist practices with me inside of CBT therapy. I had higher hopes for this book
