Historia
Your brain is selfish, demanding, and devious. But it doesn't have to be this way. Override introduces a new two-pronged theory of personality: serotonin types and dopamine types. Based on today's breakthrough science into neurotransmitters—the chemicals that transmit signals through our nervous system—Override shows listeners how to recognize their own chemical imbalances, and what to do about them. With this book, nobody is doomed to remain trapped by their natural tendencies!

Had a lot of that sounds like me moments...
Revisado: 02-06-23
I thought this was an insightful book. There were a lot of moments when I thought to myself...Hmmm..that sounds like me... ONE drawback....I wish there was a way for the purchasers of the audio book could get the exercises... . Hopefully the book authors can figure out how to this for the Audible audience....

Historia
How did Fidel Castro fool the CIA for a generation? Why did Neville Chamberlain think he could trust Adolf Hitler? Why are campus sexual assaults on the rise? Do television sitcoms teach us something about the way we relate to each other that isn't true? While tackling these questions, Malcolm Gladwell was not solely writing a book for the page. He was also producing for the ear. In the audiobook version of Talking to Strangers, you’ll hear the voices of people he interviewed - scientists, criminologists, military psychologists.

The ending chapters will bring you to that Aha Moment! Another great book. I wonder if this concept of coupling could be applied to other areas in society OR within an organization...

Historia
Superstar comedian and Hollywood box-office star Kevin Hart turns his immense talent to the written word by writing some words. Some of those words include: the, a, for, above, and even even. Put them together and you have the funniest, most heartfelt, and most inspirational memoir on survival, success, and the importance of believing in yourself since Old Yeller.

This was one of the best audio books I have had a chance to listen to in while! I appreciate Kevin Hart's openness on how he made to where his is today as well as the behind the scenes look of how some things happen in the entertainment industry.
