Loved the story and the way it was presented with the main character telling you the story as it was happening. Very personable and you felt almost as a participant. Great read!

The writing, the story, and the narration was excellent! It had involved from the very beginning. I could feel the character's feelings, surroundings, moods, and scenery! It was an engaging literary work! I loved it!!!

I found Michelle Obama's book an honest and heartfelt book on her experiences before and at the end of her time at the Whitehouse.
I felt as if she was talking to me and I was experiencing her story unfolding before me!
This an excellent read!!!

Ienjoyed this book. It was my first F. Paul Wilson book and I am looking forward to getting the rest of the Repairman Jack series. Very exciting and moved well. Hurry Audible --- get the rest recorded! :)

An Excellent Mystery!

I loved this book. Larsson's approach to involving the reader in the pages was so well done, I could feel the chill of the weather and the cold of the small cottage Mikael stayed on the Vanger estate. I loved the way he masterfully pulled us one way and then another way, keeping us thinking - and unpeeling all the layers of his characters. I actually downloaded the movie from iTunes and enjoyed it very much. The movie is a little different from the book, but cannot be matched with an American version. (IMHO)
But the audiobook was excellent! I had difficulty turning off my iPod.

Excellent Introduction to the Series!!! Love it

I loved Diana Gabaldon's writing style to this story! I have read the reviews that "poo-poo'd" this book and I disagree with them. Had I taken these reviews seriously --- I would have missed this previous one and the rest of the series! I have read many of Bujold books, Kim Harrison, Lincoln Child, Neil Gaiman, Steven King, Shakespeare, Koontz, to name a few - and I am NOT disappointed with with Gabaldon's style! I have no demands or expectations on an author's style. This would not be fair. But I did open my mind to this book and enjoyed it all. So my I enoyed --- that I bought all the rest. I am waiting the next one now that I have completed "An Echo in the Bone". My thumbs up. I love the way I am lulled into the characters' lives, thoughts, and feelings. I feel as though I am part of the family. I recommend.

Interesting - loved it!

Excellent character development, plot, conflicts, and outcomes!

This is my first Picoult book and I loved it. Found it extremely interesting. It asks allot ot questions, challenges your morality, sense of right/wrong, and you get to feel and hear each of her character's point of view. I was disappointed with the ending, but I understand why this ended in this manner. Through this entire book, the characters ended up coming back to their humanity. For one of the main characters, she wasn't able to recover - but healed in a different direction. I will definitely pick a few more of her books! This one was a great read.

Interesting, captivating, great read

I really liked this one. It was interesting, captivating, mysterious, and different. An interesting idea looking at souls, twins, and what we are willing to do in moments of desperation. Also I found the relationships between the characters interesting and surprising as well. Ahhh . . . what and who we will betray and settle for - to attain something desired.
