A VERY USEFUL TOOL

There are a good number of tools that are useful when it comes to growing and strengthening your faith as a Christian. A number of Bible variants, excellent teachers, study programs, etc.

Great writings on specific subjects are really a bonus to the believer seeking greater knowledge and understanding on specific subjects. C.S. Lewis is a favorite of mine, as is Arthur W. Pink. Their books are tremendously beneficial on a variety of subjects.

This book shot to the top tier if my favorites. unfa.ilar with the writings of Paul Little, the title was catchy: Know What You Believe. so I thought it a good selection for my Audiobooks addiction.

For me, this excellent book has very nicely filled in some small points of understanding in my Christian walk. I've now purchased a paperback, that will soon bear many highlights and dog ears.

I truly feel that unless you've had a formal education or decades to use the other sources of learning, this can be tremendous for many to have a proverbial 'Cliff's Notes' of belief. For me, I gained the most from The Holy Spirit and Angels, Satan and Demons.

Although some may not appreciate the somewhat clipped and cursory recitation of biblical facts on the chapter subjects, I found the brevity, with just enough prose to be engaging, refreshing and to-the-point. An overview of Christian faith, it hit on most crucial points previously developed, plus fleshed out some areas where I had lapses.

A book of great benefit with minimal investment of both time and money, I'd not hesitate to recommend it. it also leaves me curious about exploring this authors other books.

GREATEST BOOK ON THE GREATEST EVER BOOK!

Arthur Pink sadly is a later-in-life discovery for me. This book, in particular is proving absolutely priceless in my walk with God. Through his other books I've discovered more in depth of the Character of God, the Attributes of God. etc. this book has impacted my understanding of the impact the Bible should have on the Christian's life. Humbling and inspiring, my spiritual growth is expanded and strengthened by this hidden gem. I currently have been thru the audio version so I note my only difficulties, if you want to call them that, are with the pronunciation of certain words, stemming from the variations between British and American English. I'm ordering hard copies for myself and some dear friends who I know to be neglecting the greatest gift outside our salvation God has given us. The Bible, and its paramount importance it should have in our daily lives.

Critical For Today's Christian

Among the gendless stream if self-help books available today, here is an indispensable self-help for the human soul. The Bible resolutely warns of the dangers of apostasy, both for the church and for the individual. 100% backed by scripture, the details of apostasy are spelled out in details that some will find uncomfortable.

in what many believers are considering some stage of 'the last days' most realize this is no time to fall for a squishy, user-fruendly version of Christianity. it is no time to be misled from sound biblical teaching that sometimes even presents a false image of Jesus Christ. Your eternal life may depend on your ability to identify, reject and show others the heresy of the growing church apostate that may prevent knowing Jesus, and Jesus knowing you.

At that final judgment, none of us should risk those dread words from our Lord and Savior: "Depart! I know you not!" That is the true threat of following an apostate leader, believing poor or false teachings, or worshipping in the church apostate.

C.S. Lewis On Truth About Love

A true blessing to hear this godly man expound on the truth of the four types of love told of in the Bible. Especially meaningful in an age that convoluted what love is meant to be, and the wisdom of recognizing the differences.
