I got this book for the hype and had a low expectations. WOW just wow I was astonished by how amazing it ended up being.

Narration was epic perfect pitch and tone and character voice changing throughout.

The storyline was incredible honing in on dragons and ryders in a new aspect. It included magic, powers, folktale lore, villains, hero’s, world building. It had all of it….

I am still trying to figure out the premise for the gods used as some sound familiar other don’t but I personally liked the fact that the spiritual aspect building was not the main focus.

Around chapter 5 of the audible version I bought the hardcover book. I would listen on my walks and then gobble up the pages by night.
Amazing read can’t say enough positive comments you literally just have to give it a go.

The narrator makes the book

The book is really good. It’s an easy read to listen to while taking a walk in the afternoon which I’ve been doing and there were even a few moments where I worked a giggle every now and then overall is book is great and so was narration.

It’s awesome how characters from the previous series fairy games was brought into this series, and they almost subsequently work back to back how they were written, which is brilliant EASYFUN read that keeps you entertained

Amazing Narration and easy storyline

Great young adult easy listen. Character development and world building is on point but the narrator can make or break a book. This narrator is brilliant, switching voice pitch and depth for different characters and the use of accents..Bravo

I really wanted to like this book but I got lost so many times due to the lack luster narration. The narrator sounded to have a British main accent but changed it mid sentence between Jamaican /Nigerian/ English and Arabic/ Scottish. The pitch and punctuation of certain words and speed was all off I couldn’t tell which character was speaking and half the sentences were almost inaudible for this reason. Don’t get me wrong the narrator obviously has a beautiful voice but not for reading a book with complex characters and emotions.

I will have to just read the book

I’m sorry but the narrator on this pitched tone in such a wide range so drastically it’s very ear jarring. The female voices are done well and some males actually the first chapter was well done but I couldn’t even keep the storyline after that the tone change was just to much for a few characters and I never finished the audio

Amazing voice

The narrator has such a soothing and almost vintage voice it was easy to listen to the book. Although I didn't expect the whole French world building with a bit of Wiccan aspect it was durable. I wasn't overly impressed but the fact that it was so different from the first book written by the author I give it and them credit for such imaginative plots.
