Great information but missing workbook download

The information was great but he mentions a workbook with links several times. However audible does not provide that workbook as a download which is very disappointing. I have purchased similar books and the author has always provided a download of workbook as part of the purchase.
Also, this book doesn't actually provide you with details on how to structure and actually create your webinar. I will need to find that out elsewhere. An outline of the steps to do this would be a great addition.
