Did you know that 63 percent of employees are actively searching for a new position? In today's war for talent, the focus should be on talent retention, not just talent attraction. C-Suite Executives, Company Founders, and Sr. HR leaders need to develop an organizational culture where employees want to belong. Dr. Troy Hall guides leaders to create Cohesion Cultures where people have a sense of belonging, are valued, and share in mutual commitments. The book covers three aspects of culture: leadership, values, and bringing it to life.

This is a model that can easily be implemented in any company when the top leadership actually want to make a difference in their culture and not offer up lip service.
This is not just theory as it has been replicated by the companies who wholeheartedly embrace Cohesion Culture.

Historia
Garnet Schulhauser, a retired corporate lawyer, had an experience that changed his life. His Spirit Guide appeared in the disguise of a homeless man, and revealed answers to "the big questions". This book describes that experience and reveals universal wisdom that will both delight and amaze New Thought readers. The spirit guide revealed information that is antithetical to everything that Christian holy men have preached for thousands of years and provides refreshing new insights into the journey of the soul.

Wow, I am blown away by this book. Awesome!

Love this book and it answered so many of lives questions that I have been seeking for years. I have studied many things and I was blown away by the simplicity that this book brings on such deep subjects and its ability to give such good examples. There is a part with the in-depth section that goes into Catholic religion that could be much shorter but after getting through that I understand why it was told, just a bit dry and unneeded in my opinion, or maybe summed up a bit. Other than that I will be reading it again and again, definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for writing this a book and I appreciate you putting yourself out there in doing so.
Cheers,
Kent
