long wait for a disappointment

I missed Dresden, then when i got to delve back in his world it disappointing.
It was like someone else wrote it. There was so much explanation to every thought, it was like Jim didn't trust me to read his book and use my own imagination.
Now everything is up in the air, characters didn't act the same and it was way too long in between books to pull a, Stay Tune Next Decade For Dresden #17!
Too bad, I loved his world.

The message rang true and it pertains to these times.
this book would be great for young adults trying to figure out how they fit or can fit in a society of "give me or I deserve". It also explains well, why the individual is more important than the group.

The story was pretty good, the narration was frustrating. Christina whispered the entire book. Christina has a great voice and can do a large cast, she had the capability to make the story come alive, but stuck with whispering the ENTIRE book.

Would you listen to The Name of the Wind again? Why?
In time I will listen to it again to get the beginning of the book down. The beginning was the worst! I was looking to see if I could get my money back. The Narrator sounded like a 20 year old, the story started really slow and then... It took a turn and I completely understand the 4.6 out of 5. I am now loving the story and bought the next book, I am glad I stuck with it.
