Historia
Do you put other people’s needs ahead of your own? Do you wish you had the courage to do what you actually want and not just the thing you think you should do? If you’re not loving yourself in your choices, you are setting yourself up for depression, anxiety, food issues, addiction, health problems...There’s a sacred moment in each decision you make, in which you either turn toward yourself and your own inner truth, or you turn away from it. The direction you turn in that pivotal moment will lead to you feeling great and at peace or to being frustrated, scared, or ashamed.

Superb and stupendous

I loved the book, I own the printed, Kindle & Audible version ♥️
I suffer from BOOK FOMO 😅
Eilat’s simplistic, yet powerful writing coupled with her soothing voice is what made me listen and finish this 9 hour book in less than a week. As a therapist, I frequently refer the book to my clients as we could all use more self love.

Mind Blowing 🤯 + Soul Evolving 🌀
Revisado: 04-23-21
I have always been a Dr Nicole fan and didn’t hesitate to buy her first book. It’s so insightful and makes difficult teachings easy to grasp. I plan to use it when I teach my own online course on Healing Your Inner Child & Reparenting, as well as Befriending Your Ego.
I would recommend this book to my therapy clients, friends and family looking for authentic connection with themselves and their Lives.
Just love love love ❤️ ❤️❤️

Revisado: 04-20-19
I just finished my latest Audiobook by Rebecca Eanes, The Gift of a Happy Mother and it was amazing. I couldn’t stop nodding my head in agreement as I listened to her simple heartfelt wisdom. It’s a must read/listen for anyone struggling with the world of parenting perfection portrayed on social media, for the mom who just can’t anymore, the mom who is so unhappy and feeling ashamed because of it.
