a must read book for all future LP’s and GP’s

altho this book is meant for future LP’s if your looking to be a future GP ( sponsor) ..you have to read this book…let me say that again you HAVE TO!….i read this book by having both the audio and physical book in front of me. i studied and made notes on the book as if i were studying for the MCAT’s , if you like seeing numbers that represent money like i do than you’ll love the charts that this book has , and when you finish this book..it will make you feel like saying “ i can be a syndicator” or “ i now know how to correctly invest in my first syndication “ . thank you brian for writing this book , you have giving me a whole new career to strive for

one of the best real estate books i’ve read and i have read a lot over the pandemic time and it’s up there , i have 90% of all the biggerpockets books and in my opinion they’re all individually important that make up the entirety of the education we’re seeking buying these books , this one is a big part of that ,
one of my biggest self-defeating thoughts since the beginning of my real estate education was “ where am i goin to get the money ?”
i’m not inheriting anything nor do i have rich friends and family to be my first investors,
this book has really helped educate and gave me confidence that there are ways , you just have to put in the consistent work , i wanna be rich and these books and especially this one is my golden ticket to willy wonka land , a thousand thanks to Matt for making this book

David has basically held your hand throughout the whole book .
treat this book as if you were getting your masters in ‘out of state investing’
write notes on it , reread pages until you understand what he saying , you’ll thank yourself …,thank you David for writing this book you gave me hope that I can do it too

One of the best real estate books you’ll read

Now it’s long book ..so get ready ..but it’s needed ...David is the man ..he explains every you need to know ...I approached this book as if I were studying for the MCATS , taking notes on the pages and making sure I don’t leave a chapter until I understand what he’s teaching ,
Next up is his other book long distance real estate investing then the estimated rehab one ....buy it you won’t regret it , after it you’ll be pumped to buy and fix real estate , and this is Coming from me , a guy who hates picking up a hammer

Craig is the man , he makes this book so informative and welcoming to the world of house hacking , he tells you exactly what to do how to do it , down to the math and the mindset ..spoiler alert!!!...i especially love how he puts it all together at the end of the book

the book was absolutely informative, brandon writes a book that lays out the world of real estate investing in a way that makes it feel like you too can do it , he explains it in a sincere way but gives your tough love when you need it , explained everything from the processes to the math to the mindset at the start , not even finishing the book , i ordered 3 more of his bigger pockets books , although he explain it generally but concise , the other books go deeper into there own world , thank you brandon for making feel more empowered than i was before the book and making me feel that i can do it too like you do

This is a must read for those who care more about the insignificant things in their lives then the big picture. The more we let go, don't give a fck about things that goes on in our lives and focus on ourselves (not to the point of being a cold person of course) , the more we value ourselves as a person then what the media/other people think of you. Why? because I just don't give a fck ;-)
