First things first, this is not a book for normal people. By that I mean those who manage to clean up after themselves easily. If you have no problems making your bed and finding your pillow, don't waste your time reading this. However if you are comfortable sleeping in a dumpster because it looks and feels like your bed; if your mother or girlfriend changes into a haz-mat suit before deciding to enter your bedroom...

Very informative

Truly loved the audio book. There was a lot of information I found very useful but unfortunately hard to retain. My reason for choosing audio books is because my time is preoccupied with things that require my visual. Would have preferred a hard copy over audio to better attain all given. Plan to buy book if available for cross reference reasons.
