Such arrogance!
Revisado: 11-26-24
The author really seems to believe that his opinions are good science. Case in point: he states that he thinks a BMI of no more than 23 is optimal. The BMI scale that everyone else uses has the range of 18.5- 25 as normal. He also blames processed food for every ailment/challenge under the sun and minimizes the role genetics plays (autism is because of poor diet?). There are numerous other books about ultra processed foods (UPF)— try one of them and leave this guy’s hyperboles alone.

Historia
With so many diets and workout routines out there and so much conflicting information, it’s difficult to find something that works for you. And even if you find a diet that delivers results, sticking to it and maintaining that weight loss often takes superhuman effort, and it’s easy to slip back into bad habits. The truth is that even with all the determination in the world, and the best workouts and diets available, your subconscious urges to snack and overeat will remain and can undo all your hard work.

cannot even understand this crap
Revisado: 04-26-20
the narrative is bumpy and so difficult to understand. It's as if the author tried to use as many large words as possible, then hired a woman who reads in half second sound bursts to read it.

Historia
In the first weeks after World War II, a squeaky-clean new second lieutenant named James D. Cronley Jr. is spotted and recruited for a new enterprise that will eventually be transformed into something called the CIA. One war may have ended, but another one has already begun, against an enemy that is bigger, smarter, and more vicious: The Soviet Union. The Soviets have hit the ground running, and Cronley's job is to help frustrate them, harass them, and spy on them any way he can.
