I love the way Frieda can spin a story. She has a brilliantly creative mind! The only thing is the way the two main females kept second guessing themselves. They should have listened to their gut instincts. I wanted to yell some sense in them, but there wouldn't have been a story.

I really enjoyed the book and found it showed me a bit of the world through descriptive words. I really enjoyed the narration also. It had a great storyline. I just wish the lead character hadn't sworn like a sailor. The F bombs were going off everywhere!

One should be very careful out there!
Very good suspenseful story! Many twists!
Narrator was good. I didn't care for her version of Male voices, but it didn't keep me from enjoying the book.

There are so many twists and turns in this story! Just when you think you may have figured it out, the rug is pulled from beneath you!! If you love Hitchcock, you will love this book! Even if you are not a Hitchcock fan, if you liked “Gone Girl”, I think you would probably enjoy this. I can hardly wait until his next book comes out!

I am glad I didnt let the reviews keep me from giving this book a shot. I truly enjoyed it. I really liked knowing all the thought processes the main character was going through. It was like reading someone's mind. I have always found that fascinating. If you have been in a situation like hers, like I have, you will enjoy this book.
