This had a great idea but sadly it was badly done. Dialogue was awful, no understanding of basic physics.

This series never lets me down. Almost
listen to this straight through. Paul did an excellent job as all ways. The story was great, only thing I didn’t like was it to short.

Narrator is awful

Really enjoyed this series, but this book was really hard to get through. The story was good, but narrator was just plan awful. If he narrated the first book I would skipped the entire series.

Fell for it again

I'm not sure why I downloaded this after the first book. It's so painful to listen too. I honestly can't believe someone read this and thought it was worth releasing. Nothing in this makes any sense. Do your self a favor and literally find anything else. If audible had a golden raspberry award this would be at the top of the list. The narrator Scott has a good voice, but it's like an AI is reading and doing its best to sound human and failing. I started to send this back but I was dumb enough to spend the credit after the first book so I deserve what I got.

Lacking

Worst dialog ever, Absolutely zero understanding of just basic military tactics, training, and discipline. I like Scott Aiello voice and I'm not sure if it was his interpretation of the characters or the editors, but all the inflections he added to the voices made it hard to listen to.

It’s okay

Not a big fan of the narrator, he has a good voice but everyone sounds like a pirate. The story is okay, but a lot of things don’t make sense. The plot was pretty easy to figure out. If your in between series it will pass the time.

Not his best

First, having two narrators is awful. Just when your building a mental connection they change narrator and you lose the personality of the character. Second I feel like he went back and added a whole lot of unnecessary filler. It was like his publisher said add more woke drama. He just dumped Kaladin and went in a different direction with other characters, Kaladin was the character that made The Way Of Kings and amazing book. I've been a fan of Brandon's since he first published way back in 2005, I've read everything he has published but unless something changes I'll probably skip the reset of this series when it comes out

Not worth the credit

I feel like this was for a pre-teen who has no concept of physics, biology, or time. There are aliens who live for millions of years, everyone in the universe speaks English, no imagination when it came to the aliens everything was based of an earth creature.
