Historia
Moving to eclectic New Hope, Pennsylvania, and running The Beautiful Things Shoppe is a dream come true for elegant and reserved fine arts dealer Prescott J. Henderson. He never agreed to share the space with Danny Roman, an easygoing extrovert who collects retro toys and colorful knickknacks. And yet here they are, trapped together in the quaint shop as they scramble to open in time for New Hope’s charming Winter Festival.

Awesome story
Revisado: 11-20-22
I loved this story. It was sweet, humorous, and had a wonderful HEA. I liked that the author really focused on the building of Prescott and Danny's relationship and how the two were able to grow and change for the better through knowing each other. Unlike with some other m/m stories, this story is not stuffed with gratuitous amounts of sex scenes to prop up a thin plot, this is a solid, well thought out, and well written read, so I really appreciate that.
I wasn't sure if I'd like a dual narration but both narrators did a great job. This is definitely a book I will listen to multiple times.
I hope the author does another book (I've already listened to the first book, The Beautiful Things Shoppe is better) and i hope, like this one, it's sweet and humorous and the same narrators are used.

Historia
It's been one year, two weeks, and three days since Samuel Hoenig opened the doors of Questions Answered. The personality traits of his Asperger's Syndrome help him maintain objectivity - a critical component of his business's continuing success. But when Tyler Clayton, a young man who also has Asperger's, asks if a store clerk is truly his friend, Samuel, for the first time, can't bear to give an objective answer. It's a dicey situation that only gets worse when one of the key players ends up dead.

So so book
Revisado: 03-15-21
I didn't think this book was as good as the first two in the series. The author spent way too much time constantly repeating that Samuel has Aspergers and going over all of the idiosyncrasies that go with it which he had already explained earlier in the book. Additionally, we constantly must read that "Ms. Washburne is an invaluable associate"; I understood this the 1st 10 times. The story itself was okay. The story plots in this series aren't the deepest or most intricate but I still like the audiobooks because the narrator does an awesome job. Reading the books I'm not sure I'd enjoy them as much.

Didn't like it
Revisado: 11-23-19
Much like the second book in this series, I couldn't even finish this book. Nothing made me laugh. It felt like a lecture on Asperger's and Autism. Additionally, as I've come to realize about Graeme Simsion's Rosie books, any negative stereotype/cliche about women out there, expect to find it in the books. This gets old fast. He should have stopped with the first book.

I wouldn't recommend buying this audiobook
Revisado: 09-30-19
The material being read is great but the narrators aren't always that good. For example, these aren't supposed to be abridged readings but in the book, "The Game of Life and How to Play it," the narrator (Jame Ellis) skips over entire sentences from the book and continuously makes mistakes whereby he'll begin a sentence, say the wrong word or leave out a word, then start the sentence over again. The audiobook file isn't corrupt. The narrator is just making mistakes and whoever was recording him just left the mistakes in and didn't edit them out of the released version of the book. It becomes really annoying and throws off the flow of reading.
Page2Page is the publisher for this audiobook and I probably won't buy anything they publish again.
