Historia
Killing the sadistic warlord known as the Dog Tongue took everything Gus Berry had, including the woman he loved. Now, all he wants is to get away from the bloody scene of their final showdown. But when he heads west in a stolen truck, a brutal snowstorm forces him to turn back—and seek refuge in the Dog Tongue’s former headquarters. Though it’s littered with human carnage, the abandoned luxury hotel has a lot to offer a guy like Gus. But in addition to soft beds and working toilets, he encounters still-lurking dangers both living and undead.

Perfect Ending
Revisado: 08-25-23
I could not have imagined a more suitable ending. Story was engaging with several surprises. I loved how the next step in each situation resulted in what you wouldn’t expect. Excellent ending to an excellent series.

Story was a little choppy
Revisado: 01-12-22
Let me start by saying I’m a huge Tufo fan, but I want to give a fair review. There is definitely some missing narrative. At least 2 hours worth to tie some things together. Felt a bit rushed to me. Overall I truly enjoyed the time with some beloved characters that feel almost like family to me after all these years together and one not so loved character.

The first book in a new series spanning worlds and ages. A war is raging between gods and demons, with an unstoppable interdimensional terror - THE BLEED - destroying everything it touches. From ancient alien civilisations through to modern day London, through to deep space and beyond, nothing and no one is safe. The Bleed wants flesh. It wants to destroy life. It wants to be worshipped.

I won’t lie...it was tough to follow at first
Revisado: 08-29-20
When I first started listening I was so confused because there are 3 seemingly different stories happening at the same time, but not...time also seems to be wonky while this is happening. I feel like there is so much being thrown at you at once. When I got to the end I decided the story could actually be going in a direction I liked. So I relistened and it made a huge difference for me. I liked the writing and storytelling.
The narrator did a really good job giving life to each individual character, even though there were 2 characters voices that were comical - I pushed through them.
The ending will leave you wanting to see where the story goes next.

What’s in a name? A lot. The name Tinaca, for example, has been passed down in the Jones family for generations of women. In fact, the Joneses name a Tinaca every other generation, to let the name breathe a little. To let each Tinaca shine. And shine is exactly what Tinaca Jones intends to do.

Truly enjoyed hearing the stories behind the album At Folsom Prison. First hand accounts were nice. Took a few minutes to adjust to the narrator’s style of story telling but overall I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed this quick short story. It seemed put together really well given the amount of information that can be provided is limited for a 37 minute book. It kept me interested and engaged. Really enjoyed it.

Historia
Something called the “Blue Juice" is coming. For all of us. Luckily, me (Chip Collins), Pete, Nikola Tesla, Bobo, and FBI Agent Gina Phillips are here to kick its ass, and send it back to last Tuesday. Maybe. Or maybe we'll fail, and everyone in the multiverse is doomed. (Seriously, you might want to get that underground bunker ready.) Either way, I've got to get home to Julie and find out – woah, I'm not about to tell you that right here in the book description! TMI, dude.

Held me til the very end and wanted more!
Revisado: 04-04-18
This book had me hooked from the very beginning. The storyline was original and the twists and turns in the story kept me intrigued. I’m a huge fan of the narrator, Sean Runnette! (how I initially found this book) He never disappoints. He brings the characters and their personalities to life. Keeping the listener completely engaged in the moment. The writer, Andrew Fukuda, had a way of keeping the storyline and the characters interesting and me wanting more. By the end I had felt a full range of emotions...fear, anger, sadness, happiness, etc. and just wanted more and more. I love when a book can draw me in and this one didn’t disappoint!
