Trust the Process is a great resource for aspiring, new, and experienced leaders. It’s packed with great examples conveyed through real-life stories and experiences that anyone can relate to as well as essential leadership behaviors that can be easily implemented. And yes, I really like that it is a quick read but most importantly, I like the simplicity and practicality.
