“Mankind”?
Revisado: 09-09-20
The first sentence mentions “mankind” and then several sentences after that talk about men. I cannot hear what’s being said when gendered exclusive language is being used. I find it hard to believe that anybody as advanced as someone, particularly a woman, involved in something as modern as acceptance and commitment therapy would be unaware of the importance of inclusive language.

Enervative to the max
Revisado: 06-18-19
This book had incredible information. However, the author used the word ”enervate” uncountable times, which became discrediting. A professional medical document, or any document, should not use the same adjective more than once, and definitely not more than 20x. Additionally, I do wish I had this actual book because the author refers to exercises on a particular page. He describes them well, but the pictures would be a better reference for me personally.
