Historia
Our ability to prevent and reverse these conditions—and feel incredible today—is under our control and simpler than we think. The key is our metabolic function—the most important and least understood factor in our overall health. As Dr. Casey Means explains in this book, nearly every health problem we face can be explained by how well the cells in our body create and use energy. To live free from frustrating symptoms and life-threatening disease, we need our cells to be optimally powered so that they can create “good energy,” the essential fuel that impacts every aspect of our wellbeing.

Historia
Throughout the world, mental capacity is declining, especially among young people, while depression rates are rising dramatically. Meanwhile, one in forty men and women suffers from Alzheimer's, and the age of onset is falling rapidly. But the causes are not being eliminated, quite the opposite. Can this just be coincidence? The Indoctrinated Brain introduces a largely unknown, powerful neurobiological mechanism whose externally induced dysfunction underlies these catastrophic developments.

The WSJ on Audible has gone down the toilet
Revisado: 11-11-19
The articles picked these days are mostly political. It used to be much more about financials, markets, airline ticket hunting, healthcare, Technology (Walt Mossberg, ...) and other useful topics.
Please return it back to the way it was a year or two ago.

Quality of content going downhill BIG TIME
Revisado: 05-12-17
What would have made May 12, 2017 better?
Over the past year or two, the format and content quality have really gone downhill. This past 2 weeks with the new: "Here is 5 stories you need to know", it has almost become useless to me. Too many irrelevant topics that run too long.
What could The Wall Street Journal have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Go back to the format of a couple of years ago with a lot more info., headlines, market data, actionable content like airline-related, health, and technology topics on Thursdays
What does Alexander Quincy bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
A good narrator
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from May 12, 2017?
Past two weeks, I have been skipping most of the 5 daily articles - too long and mostly irrelevant - very little actionable content
