Historia
An intense psychological thriller for fans of I Am Watching You, The Luckiest Girl Alive, and All the Missing Girls. Two missing girls. Thirteen years apart. Olivia Shaw has been missing since last Tuesday. She was last seen outside the entrance of her elementary school in Hunts Point wearing a white spring jacket, blue jeans, and pink boots. I force myself to look at the face in the photo, into her slightly smudged features, and I can't bring myself to move. Olivia Shaw could be my mirror image, rewound to 13 years ago.

Not worth it
Revisado: 03-28-19
I agree with others that the narrator was good, but everything else was soooo bad. I wanted to like the main character and feel some kind of connection with her (even if it was feeling sorry for her), but it just never happened. She spent so much time having her own pity party and blaming everyone else for her missteps that she never was going to be able to get out of her pit of despair. I don't know if she ever turns it around because I can't even make it past Chapter 19. This was a complete waste of money and time.

Historia
Allander Atlasia is an infamous psychopath whose heinous crimes have earned him a lifetime stay at the Tower, the world's most extreme maximum-security prison. But after a brilliant and brutal escape, the criminal mastermind begins a killing spree that is intensely personal. Jade Marlow is an ex-FBI profiler and tracker whose fearlessness is only surpassed by the severity of his own inner demons. With a record of irrational behavior and a genius for putting himself into the mind of a criminal predator, he may be the one man diabolical enough to catch Atlasia.

Hated hero
Revisado: 03-23-19
It’s a decent story, but I found myself hating the hero more then the scary killer. The narrator didn’t help either.

Performance
Revisado: 03-05-19
The hardest thing to get through was the readers horrible “American” accent. She couldn’t decide if she wanted it to be Southern or upper Midwestern. This was so distracting! It would have been better if she has left the pretend accent out of the reading

Historia
With the failure of Hadley's Hope, Weyland-Yutani has suffered a devastating setback - the loss of the Aliens they aggressively sought to exploit. Yet there's a reason the Company has risen to the top of the food chain. True to form, they have a redundancy already in place: the facility known as "The Cold Forge". Remote station RB-232 has become their greatest asset in weaponizing the Xenomorphs. However, when Dorian Sudler is sent to RB-232 to assess their progress, he discovers that there's a spy aboard - someone who doesn't necessarily act in the company's best interests.

Not really an Alien book
Revisado: 02-20-19
This book is less about the Alien universe and more about some guy’s heartless change into a serial killer. I spent most of my time trying to get through the disgusting thoughts of a man that just made me feel dirty and oily. If I had wanted a book about crawling through the mind of a serial killer, then that’s what I would have purchased. I get the fact that those working for the company have no conscience, but I don’t need it to be the focal point of 2/3 of the book and presented through the bastard’s thoughts. Wish this had been told through Blue’s point of view only.
